Marker Setup: - Tippmann 98 Custom
- Cyclone Feed For 98c
- 14" Progressive Barrel
The cyclone is such a great addition to any 98c. Strengths: - Speed
- Faster loading (aka.. SPEED )
Downside: - Hopper may get in the way of some tactical sighting systems.
- May be hard to install if you don't know what you're doing.
Overall: 9/10 Go out and grab one for your 98. The only other feeding system I'd reccomend over this would be the Q-Loader. I gave it a 9 because it does block some scopes and sights.

yeah tom, i would agree with you, but i must go against you a bit. any person with any sort of technical aptitude what so ever should be able to install this no problem. i'd never even opened a paintball gun before, and the first time i did it was to install the cyclone on my 98C. i got it in after about a half hour, most of the time working the valve out of the old power tube. but nonetheless, i installed that bad boy and it works excellent, no problems at all. buy one if you have a 98C, it's worth it. 10/10.

the only downside i didnt see was that it uses co2 to work so it uses up ur tank faster

the only downside i didnt see was that it uses co2 to work so it uses up ur tank faster it would appear that way, but it doesn't really. it just draws the leftover C02 from the powertube, so it's just making the gun more efficient.

ya but when ur low on co2 it tends to stop feeding when ur down to a few shots left... most noticable when ur using a remote line and co2

Little is right. It tends to stop working when your drastically low on air. But then you can "pump" it maunally anyways. So it's just a pain when that happens, but it can still be used then.

ya this is from the a-5 it only happened to me once at canobie at then end of the village game but ya its really great for the mechanical gun cuz it hardly ever miss feeds unless low on air and every trig pull it feeds 1 so it feeds as fast as you can pull with out batteries

yeah, i love my cyclone. it took me an hour to put it in having never took apart a paintball gun before and having a 103 degree fever. not too shabby, any moron can do it. as for how it works: fucking fan-tas-tic. never have any problems with it, only it's a bitch to clean if you break a ball in the chamber of the gun. overall 10/10, such a godlike little upgrade, and it only costs $60!
